    How many or which springs do we use for this ? How many or how Long for each stretch ?

      I would say 2 springs, your choice. I like 2 reds. You can either hold the stretch (passive) or contract-relax (active). If you go passive, prob 90 seconds good, if active it could be 30-90 seconds.

    I must be really royally screwed. My lower back keeps going out of place. I was riding my bike on a bike lane a few weeks ago and a dumb, inconsiderate, inapt for society idiot went to cross it without looking both sides, and literally place himself in front of me without time to break. I went full on into the overweight dude's body and my bike felt to the side tipping myself to the left. This has since cause extreme, unbelievable pain to my lower back, mostly even more on the right side. None of the videos I've been watching on RUclips are doing anything.
